About the event

You  are warmly invited  to embark on an exclusive culinary journey with us. We have curated a multi-course dining experience featuring nine delectable dishes. We invite you to "ma der, ma der" and discover the delicious flavors of Laos.

Sakoo Yat Sai: Tapioca dumpling filled with caramelized pork.  

Yum Goong: Lao style shrimp ceviche on a crispy prawn chip.


Khao Jee Lollipop & Sai Oua: Grilled sticky rice with Lao sausage and jeow bong.  

Thum Mak Hoong & Seen Lod: Loaded spicy papaya salad with rice noodles and lemongrass beef jerky.


Mok Gai: Steamed chicken infused with fresh aromatics in a banana leaf.  

Gang Nor Mai: Lao stew with yanyang leaves, fresh bamboo shoots, pork, and mushrooms.  

Laap Seen: Beef salad with toasted rice powder, padaek, lime, and fresh herbs.


Khao Tom: Sweetened sticky rice and banana in a banana leaf.  

Khao Lod Song: Sweetened coconut milk with pandan gems.
